  • Overview

    The Shared Operations System and Support Specialist will be responsible for completing set up of new users in all claims related systems as well as changes and terminations. Systems include but are not limited to AA, iReports, FNOL application, ISO, Accurint, DPS, Wrexpert, Legal Exchange, Scribe, dec page application, and Outlook distribution lists. In addition to system administration, this person will be responsible to update transaction authority data in AS400 and maintain appropriate documentation of transaction authority approval forms to ensure compliance for claims controls. The Shared Operations System and Support Specialist will be responsible to manage our project calendars as well as the Arbitration Response calendar.

Our insurance operations actively generate revenues from selling non-standard personal automobile insurance policies and related products in 16 states.     Responsibilities

    • System User Admin - Set up new users, changes for current users, and remove terminated users in all Claims related systems.
    • Responsible to update transaction authority data in AS400 and maintain appropriate documentation of transaction authority approval forms to ensure compliance for claims controls. Actively participate as needed in projects geared toward improving claims handling performance.
    • Monitor programs as directed by management, and provide calendar updates and due date notices through completion
    • Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
    • Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines
    • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
    • Responsible for reporting and tracking facilities related issues
    • Respond to questions and requests for information
    • Assist the Claims teams with claims re-assignment tracking and reporting
    • Responsible for rental (Hertz) reservations for company team members
    • Perform other duties or projects assigned
